Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Budwalk app, the Budwalk Tag and budwalk.com. Budwalk is run by Tomy Pandu (Situbondo, Indonesia). Contact: budwalk.app@gmail.com.

Using Budwalk

  • You need an account to use the app. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Use Budwalk lawfully and kindly. Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, or not yours to share, and do not try to break or misuse the service.

Your dog, your responsibility

  • Budwalk helps you keep track of walks and health dates. It is not veterinary advice. Always follow your vet.
  • Reminders, weather and hot-pavement warnings are help, not guarantees. Check conditions yourself and keep your dog safe, leashed where required, and cleaned up after.
  • Walk distances and routes come from your phone’s GPS and can be inaccurate.

Budwalk Tag

  • The tag helps someone who finds your dog contact you. It does not track your dog and cannot guarantee your dog is found.
  • Information you choose to show on the tag page is visible to anyone who scans it.

Your content

  • Photos and notes you add stay yours. You let us store and show them to run Budwalk for you (for example on your sticker or your dog’s tag page).
  • You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.

Badges, Paws and Plus

  • Badges have no money value. Paws and partner rewards, when they launch, will have their own rules shown in the app.
  • Budwalk Plus (paid features) may come later. Prices and what is included will be shown before you pay. Founding Member perks are given as announced on budwalk.com.

Changes and availability

  • Budwalk is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and the app may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.
  • If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Budwalk means you accept the new terms.

Ending

  • You can stop using Budwalk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

  • Budwalk is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for injury, loss or damage involving your dog during walks or meet-ups.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
